Child abuse, once ignored and neglected by society because it stayed shrouded in the veil of family secrets, is now coming to the forefront and into the headlines. This book tells the story of a little boy born into a Naval family who lived through the hardship of child abuse to the extreme. He suffered the harshest treatment any child could ever imagine verbal, emotional, and physical abuse at the hands of his sadistic father. This book is sad and heart wrenching, yet remarkable. Remarkable in that this child survived and overcame this terrible beginning to become a thriving and productive adult. If you read this story, please give me feedback. This is my story. I was this child, and I am searching for the pieces still missing.
